These Terms of Service ("Terms") strictly govern your commercial access to and operational use of Numberz's website, financial services, mobile/web applications, APIs, and business tools. These comprehensive Services are exclusively provided by Numberz Pty Ltd, ABN 12 345 678 901.

By formally accessing, registering for, or directly using Numberz digital services and platforms, you explicitly agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

The Services: Encompasses all proprietary software products, financial advisory features, technological infrastructure, and client-facing interfaces offered comprehensively by Numberz.
The User: Defines any formally registered individual, corporate entity, authorized agent, or automated system that actively accesses or utilizes our operational Services.
User Content: Includes all raw financial information, transactional data, contextual text, uploaded documents, or business graphics submitted directly to our platforms.

2. Core User Obligations

As a certified user of our financial Services, you mutually agree and warrant to:

Information Accuracy: Provide factually accurate, currently valid, and completely comprehensive information, especially regarding mission-critical tax and payroll matters.
Credential Security: Maintain the absolute confidentiality and physical security of your account credentials, MFA tokens, and administrative login states.
Lawful Operation: Use our robust Services strictly for lawful commercial purposes in direct accordance with Australian federal and state corporate frameworks.
System Integrity: Never attempt to disrupt, technologically reverse-engineer, or actively bypass the security perimeters defending our operational Services.

3. Privacy & Digital Security

Your corporate privacy is paramount to our foundational business model. By actively using our Services, you explicitly consent to the systemic collection, processing, and localized storage of your information exactly as deeply described in our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

While we continuously employ highly sophisticated, industry-standard AES encryption, strict logical access controls, and perform rigorous regular third-party security audits, we respectfully acknowledge that no internet-enabled digital transmission can be formally guaranteed as mathematically 100% secure.

4. Strict Limitation of Liability

To the maximum legal extent expressly permitted by applicable Commonwealth law, Numberz categorically limits its direct financial liability for any resulting damages directly arising from the use of our digital Services. We are formally not legally liable for:

Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential corporate damages resulting from platform downtime.
Pure Economic Loss: Theoretical loss of unrealized profits, projected revenue, or systemic drops in business valuation.
Third-party Inaccuracies: Financial complications directly resulting from materially inaccurate data fed into our APIs by external connected banks, government ledgers, or third-party payroll processors.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These comprehensive Terms and their interpretation shall be strictly governed by and exhaustively construed in accordance with the sovereign laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any formal legal dispute, controversy, or procedural claim arising out of or directly relating to these documented Terms shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdictional authority of the competent courts physically located within Melbourne, Victoria.
